How do I pay rent?
Rent is paid via our tenant portal. Once your lease is signed and you’ve paid your deposit, you’ll receive the credentials to use the portal. -

Repairs or maintenance requests can be submitted via the Flexx app or your tenant portal. -
Who handles the maintenance and repair costs for my unit?
We handle all costs for routine maintenance and normal wear and tear. You’re only responsible for repair costs when damage results from accidents or lack of basic upkeep on your part. -
How can I renew my lease agreement?
We’ll get in touch with you 90 days before your lease ends to discuss renewal options. At that time, we’ll share any new lease terms. -
What do I do if I want to get a pet?
Each location has unique pet guidelines, so reach out before adding a pet to your home. We’ll walk you through the specific policies so you’ll have all the relevant information.
